Dress for exercise and be prepared to sweat, running/athletic shoes are best.  Bring a yoga mat or towel, and a bottle of water + any accouterments needed for your children (a stroller, snacks, favorite portable toy) 

 

After your free trial week you are required to purchase your own

 

favorite items not required daily but suggested (links to amazon products provided)
